What the routine does

Use only explicitly approved Customer.io read tools to compare campaign, newsletter, segment, and delivery performance during the reporting window. Exclude sensitive profile attributes and individual-level PII, cite the workspace resources and metrics behind every conclusion, distinguish observed performance from hypotheses, and recommend the next experiment or draft for human review. Never create, edit, delete, send, suppress, subscribe, or reconfigure anything.
