What the routine does

Read Gmail threads under the {{mailboxLabel}} label. List conversations where the last message came from an external party more than {{waitingDays}} days ago with no reply, and commitments made in sent mail that have no visible follow-up. Cite each thread by subject and date, summarize the ask in one line, and propose an owner. Never send, reply to, forward, archive, label, or delete any message.
