How the routine works
The quarterly revenue report runs on the first morning of each quarter. It reads balances, subscriptions, and invoices through approved read-only Stripe tools, then writes the quarter's story: what grew, what churned, what expanded, which movements deserve attention, and — explicitly — the reporting window and assumptions behind every figure, so a skeptical reader can check any line against Stripe directly.
The weekly churn and payment-risk review covers the weeks in between. Each Monday it lists new cancellations with their stated timing, subscriptions stuck in payment retries, and accounts showing risk signals, compared against the prior week, with the follow-up each one deserves.
Setting it up
Connect Stripe over MCP with read-only capabilities — the templates never ask for more — choose the reporting currency, and run the quarterly report once against your last closed quarter to check the narrative against numbers you already trust. Then activate both schedules. The revenue category page has both templates.
